Since Updating to Windows 10, downloads of large files are always interupted, regardless of browser.

Longtime Windows 7 user on the same machine, no issues. When I first upgraded to Windows 10 a few years ago, I noticed I couldn't download very large files within Windows 10. I tried to download Sketchup, Inkscape, and Firefox, and each took multiple tries, giving the error (Couldn't Download, Network Issue) I never had such issues in Windows 7. also, I run Ubuntu on the same machine with the same network and never had issues. I asked this question a while back with no luck, and did some research into other people's answers, but seeing as one result was to try to reinstall windows, I wasn't
