My computer won’t load certain websites and update my apps

Hi, since yesterday my computer has suddenly had issues loading certain websites (such as Discord or even logging me into this forum) and updating/ loading pre-existing apps on my computer (such as the EA App and Discord). Whereas, I can load these websites perfectly fine on my mobile device (using the same internet connection).I have tried loading the websites on both Chrome and Microsoft Edge but neither will load the page - showing the error code “ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT”.I have also tried clearing my cache and cookies, disabling my extensions, changing my DNS settings, but nothing seems t
