Hi, I’ve just got a pc it’s all working well however I don’t get taken to a Home Screen I’ve tired installing windows from a usb that was given to me

The usb with windows had windows downloaded onto by a friend of mine with was first given to my brother how he gave to me. After turning the pc on I chose the GB which was 1850GB however when it starts to instal on the second download it says error
