When I launch Wreckfest through the Xbox App the game acts like it is starting then proceeds to tell me that Im not connected to the internet.

I've tried every fix I could find on Google, resetting my network settings, resetting xbox app, uninstall reinstall xbox app, reset pc, uninstall reinstall the game, going into powershell and pasting this (Get-AppxPackage *gamingservices* -allusers | remove-appxpackage -allusers). I don't understand what the issue is. I can launch other multiplayer games with no problem on the xbox app. I have ethernet connected and have no network issues. Trillion dollar company with probably the worst game launcher on pc. I seriously don't understand.
