Trying to activate Windows Enterprise on a Hyper V VM (Run from Windows 11 Pro)

Hello.I upgraded to Windows 11 Pro on my physical machine, and also created a VM using Hyper-V with about a 50/50 split between resources, as it was a fairly decent PC anyway (2TB HDD, 32gb DDR5 ram, etc).I noted it said "Windows Enterprise Evaluation license, 90x days to expiry etc, etc". My understanding was that the Windows 11 Pro came WITH a license for at least 1x VM on the machine, so I just assumed it would roll over into activating. Fast forward to a few days ago, and suddenly the VM is shutting down every half an hour to an hour. When I go to activate it, it says it can't do it due t
