Why can't I drag to copy a photo anymore!?

https://imgur.com/a/lcmod7RThe first window is the newest version of the photo app (2024.11070.31001.0), and the second window is the photo legacy app (2024.11070.10002.0). Interestingly some photos, doesn't seem to have a pattern, could still be copied. I have reported it to Microsoft once, but there isn't any response yet. It was a very crucial feature for me when viewing and editing photos.Windows is on the newest version (23H2)
