A while ago I first encountered an issue with Windows, it'd only allow me to click things on one program only, and it's random. So, let's say I have Spotify and Edge open, I can click things on Spotify, but not on Edge or any other aspect of Windows. The only current way I have to fix it is by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete. And it only temporally fixes the issues, after a couple minutes it'll return to the same broken state and only let me control one program at a time and nothing else. I'm unsure if this is an issue with Windows itself, or if it's caused by some hardware issue I have that I do
