Wifi Connection error "Cant connect to this network", Mobile hotspot connects but home/office Wifi gives this error

I have been having this issue for the past 4-6 weeks. My laptop connects to any mobile hotspot without any issues, however when it comes to home/office Wifi it gives the error message "Cant connect to this network". I have done the following,1. Restarted the laptop2. Restarted the home router.3. Disabled and Enabled the Network Adapter 4. Tried the airplane mode.
