The problem occurs randomly and I can't understand why this happens. After a clean install, logging in after entering the pin code is instantaneous, but after a while it takes a long time to log in (after entering the code you have to wait for the dots to spin many times before the desktop appears). At first the problem occurred a week after a clean install, I decided to reinstall again and the problem occurred after an hour.I've tried dism, sfc, local and online Microsoft account, turned off and on fast startup - all this doesn't help.
