So I've exhausted every option available all because my phone broke on me and corrupted the SD card so I can't access my authenticator or account. I have my recovery code which consistently shows up as service not available at this moment try again later, I have the past 4 passwords, accounts tied to it, credit cards, personal info. This has been my account for 10+ years. I cannot believe how awful microsoft has gotten at talking to someone about an issue. I don't want to sit through a slideshow on how to reset my password. I don't want to go through the same 4 login screens over and over unti
