SQL cluster object is not in DNS server and AD DC

Hi,Can I know why the SQL 2019 cluster object is not in automatically in DNS and AD DC in windows server 2022. The windows server 2022 cluster object can be registered automatically in DNS and AD DC and also I have given the permission (Domain Admins and Domain Computers) to this windows cluster object. This causes the SQL cluster faces the kerberos username passowrd issue (SQL cannot start due to username and password) even though SQL first node is installed successfully. Is there a way to do it manually (e.g manually created dns record in dns server and computer object in AD DC)? If yes, how
