Why is my Samsung T7 Shield shows as unknown device

After formatting and creating a new volume, my T7 shield doesn't show "Healthy Basic Data Partition". When I checked the device manager, I can see it under Disk Drives, but it shows unknown device under "Other Devices". It also doesn't show on the file explorer. I checked it on the command prompt, my pc recognized it as disk 3, but I don't know why the PC is not reading the volume. I tried plugging it to a different computer and my laptop just to see if it has the same problem, but it work perfectly fine. So I don't know what's wrong with my PC. It's also updated to Windows 11 v23H2. the
