No Disk Space on C: server 2019

Windows Server 2019 StandardI have started using Avast cloudcare backup and before I know it the Backup cache has eaten all my disk space. In order to move the Cache I need to open the backup, but that wont open as no disk space.Can anyone advise on what I can safely manually delete in order to regain enough space to solve the problem.Also if I extend partition to increase C would I need to have some space (I assume I would)Any suggestions would be appreciated. Server still running as File server only at moment but dont want to leave this for very long.Thank You.
