I can not open windows up anymore.

Usually when I try and boot up my PC it usually shows a black screen or a blue screen that usually says "bitsystem recovery". Just yesterday I turned the bitsystem recovery off and now I can not access windows at all doesn't matter what I do. If I try to turn off my PC and turn it back on it shows just a black screen or a different blue screen that says "Automatic repair" Does not matter what I do I can not escape this. Can someone please help me. Also my PC specs are an omen 25L pre built with an Intel i3 13100f and a 1660 super with 8 gbs of ddr5 ram.
