Have looked for days through numerous posts, called hp, called Microsoft, even did option f11, tried cmd prompts, not sure if right??****I need assistance with user/(password (I forgot/reset) /and recovery email/old(1st) Microsoft email can't access, this on my HP 15in touchscreen S/N:CND1245K77, please give steps if able to help!
