I've seen this issue come across for so many users. I've about destroyed my computer with frustration. Using 3rd party apps with 5 min limits UGH!Super STUPID SIMPLE SOLUTION!Task Bar Settings-Task Bar Behaviors-Automatically Hide!This only works when you press WIndows+G short-key, if you open the game bar app from the Task Bar the task bar will not hide.Press Windows+G Now your Record Icon will be available!Wish Someone would have figured this out years ago lol
