Can't install fresh Windows 11 on a PC that already is running Windows 11 with TPM enabled

I had Windows 10 installed and updated it to Windows 11 without any issues when Windows 11 was released. All updates are installed without any issues. I wanted to update the hardware and opt for a fresh install. After answering the keyboard and language questions, the installer displays a dialog saying the system doesn't meet the requirements. I really wish to know the exact problem the installer is having. Is there a log file or other resource that identifies the issue? My system: Processor - AMD Ryzen 5 3600 SOcket AM4 Mother Board - ASRock B450M Pro4 - TPM Enabled Memory - 32GB DDR4 Grap
