Guest Roxanne Posted September 10, 2007 Posted September 10, 2007 Have a customer that working in several applications and she received a the following message: "This system is shutting down., Please save all work in progress and log off. Any unsaved changes will be lost. This shutdown was initiated by NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM. Message - Microsoft Systems Management Server" I have seen resolutions for RPC errors but nothing for Microsoft Systems Management Server. We have an SMS server but I am 100% certain that we were not pushing out that day. It has not happened again but because the customer is high on the food chain I don't want this to resurface. Any ideas? Thanks,
