No wifi on Dell XPS L501x with Intel Centrino-N1000 network adaptor, running Windows 10

I am having issues with my Wireless connection and BSOD errors Dell XPS L501x (14 years old) running Windows 10. Network Adaptor is Intel Centrino-N 1000 (Condor Peak). Driver version is 15.11.0.9 My wireless internet connection was disconnecting whenever the computer went to sleep, I had to run the Troubleshooter to reset the network adaptor for it to reconnect. In Device Manager, Events tab, it showed 4 lines: Device started (NETwNs64) Device configured (oem39.inf) Device configured (netwsw00.inf) Device not started (NETwNs64) Two weeks ago my wireless internet connection suddenly stopp
