My laptop is Lenovo V14 G3 IAP Laptop - Type 82TS. There is this issue of No Audio Output Device is installed. Please help me, I have tried IOBit, Driver Max but can't seem to get it right, I have also tried Intel ARC Control and Lenovo Online Driver Scan.
