constant erros when installing designjet 130nr drivers on windows11

well, windows support just passed me to the forum without even trying to help with the issue, so here is my question. I am trying to install my new to me designjet 130nr printer drivers. The printer is new in box and I have the driver disk and it is USB connected directly to my computer. I have tried installing the drivers from the disk, but an error message keeps popping up saying that "the program has encountered a severe error and will shut down. No changes have been made to your computer. restart your computer and try setup again" then it shuts down and closes the wizard. restarting t
