windows dism version is not same as windows version

hallo.i have recently problems with windows 11 after i had deleted an antivirus.i have rechieved many bsod of critical_process_died.i was forced to reset to factory mode.everything worked fine but windows update and defender are not working.i tried using dism, i got that source is not found, even that i didnt give it image file.i searched online for an image and download it, but it didnt work.i have notices that:- windows version (in system infomation) is 10.0.22631 Build 22631.- while dism version is 10.0.22621.2792what is happening and how can i fix it.and if you know an official place to d
