Windows product key not working.

I was helping my mom set up her new computer and I had trouble with the product key, I made sure to check that the previous computer was running on the same edition of windows, which is Windows 11 Home and it says that the product key was invalid. Error code was this 0xC004F050. I went through multiple guides on how to fix this but to no avail and one of the guides even asked me to change from 11 home to pro and now its even worse. Any solutions? Thank you in advance
