Did I mess up my Windows 10 apps by reseting to often and trying to fix it via Powershell reinstall?

I recently reset my Windows 10 PC but then I messed up when giving myself admin rights (I´m the only user) so I reset again but it corrupted some system apps so for example the task bar didn´t show me the start menu anymore so when I pressed Windows key I had a white area where the start menu normally would be. After that I couldn´t fix it so I reset again and it worked again but after some time I noticed that some system apps where not listed in the apps list in the start menu and tryed to reinstall them via Powershell which made it worse. I now have 13 apps listed as "Other" and they have we
