Where can I send windows event logs to fix an error?

I want to submit a event viewer log to the Windows team at Microsoft without compromising any metadata from my Windows device. Where can I safely submit this and get action on the issue? This is in relation to: " The server Windows.Gaming.GameBar.PresenceServer.Internal.PresenceWriter did not register with DCOM within the required timeout. " This is causing all of my games to crash.
