PC Bootlooping and gives BSOD when trying to install Windows 11

I'm trying to help a friend install Windows 11 on their pc, but every time they get to select region or select keyboard layout, the pc either reboots and loops back to the beginning of the setup or gives a BSOD.We've tried taking out RAM sticks and tried multiple GPU:s. We tried 2 different SSD:s, one that they had before and one that's brand new but got the same result every time.The stop codes we've gotten so far is: KERNEL_SECURITY_CHECK_FAILURE (The most common one)REFERENCE_BY_POINTERKERNEL_MODE_HEAP_CORRUPTIONPAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREAThe pc is not new and has had issues with the top tw
