computer will not update, will cancel update

Hello,I am trying to update my computer to the recent update for my PC, the update would be2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043064)It reset to the last update I had and will cancel update and cannot use say Xbox Accessories until updated.I do have firewall off from another firewall program. but since it expired I haven't turned it back on, does firewall off effect updates to fail?I have attached screenshots of windows update, history and optional updates screen.
