How do I stop my cursor from going to the center when I turn off my monitor and turn it back on

Whenever I turn off my monitor, no matter what position my cursor is at, it will always go back to the center, this always messes up some of my programs that I run in the background while I am away. I had a second monitor that I unplugged but the issue persists.For info i've already done all the power settings to disable going to sleep, including the function of the power buttonsI've also tried deleting the monitor configurations in Reg Edit and restarted but still doesn't fix the problem. I can hear that the USB devices play an unplugging sound and the plugged in sound after every monitor tur
