Can you bring back access to custom toolbars in the taskbar please?

Just forced to update to Windows 11 by my organisation - my 5 productivity toolbar folders can no longer be accessed from the toolbar, and a search seems to suggest they aren't coming back. Microsoft, can you put them back please?
