"Activate Windows" keeps popping up despite valid product key

I have a valid Windows 11 Education product key that I acquired from a university. Every so often, my PC will display the "Activate Windows - Go to Settings to activate Windows." message in the bottom right corner. I then have to go to Settings, click "Troubleshoot" and then my Windows will reactivate. I can also run "slmgr.vbs /ato" and it will reactivate my Windows.My product key is a legitmate, first time install, retail product key.I have tried reactivating with Microsoft Activation Scripts (MAS) but it also happens with that.The message pops up every few days after reactivating Windows, s
