My Lenovo Laptop (Windows 11 if that helps) is having problems at the Login Screen. I can't restart my computer, I've been looking online for fixes. I went into the bios and ran sfc /scannow and it says it repaired the corrupted files, but that I need to restart my computer. But I can't restart from the bios or the login screen, and I tried running Shutdown /r to restart, but it just tells me, "Shutdown isn't recognized as a command." I'm typing this from my phone, I need to reboot/restart my computer from the login screen. (Not Factory Reset) Background: This laptop has been having B
