How do I get rid of notepad files that have appeared randomly

I recently checked the files of my pc and noticed 23 notepad files that popped up seemingly out of nowhere. I did not create them, and I cannot delete them. It doesn't even give me an option to do so. I have tried moving the documents to the Recycling Bin, but I cannot move them anywhere at all. When I try, A ⊘ Symbol appears on the file.The files themselves contain generic words, and then a Japanese translation of the words next to them.I do not know how to get rid of them, and I am afraid that I may have been hacked in some way.
