I am having an issue with protection history, can someone help?

Hello, whenver i update an app or download something on the laptop, it's something normal to receive notification "... blocked from folder access ..." which shows that it's safe and things are getting blocked when they try to reach the folders I protect. In 99% of cases, it's low threats and i want that file to be able to actually access the folder. Which is easy and normally fast. I just need to go to protection history and actions then allow app.BUT... there's something wrong here. Whenever i open protection history, it takes so much time to load the history.As seen in the image, it keeps sh
