I have a strange problem with my Windows 11 PC.The problem occurred a couple of weeks ago for the first time. It started that some Microsoft Apps (e.g. Microsoft Teams) did not start and I could not access the cloud anymore.Then after rebooting, even Windows Explorer crashes as soon as I open a location, even a local one. I also cannot access most settings (e.g. Accounts).After doing a reset while keeping personal files, everything worked fine for a few weeks, but now I am experiencing the exact same problem.What can I do to fix it once and for all?
