Is there an AM3 CPU that can run windows 11?

I have a computer that has an AMD FX 8530 and I want to upgrade to windows 11. I know that my CPU isn't compatible with Windows 11 so I want to get a new one. And you might say "just upgrade your hardware". I can't. Im broke. Also I like my PC. It runs fine. And I don't know if my graphics card is compatible with any new motherboard that are AM4. I have an EVGA GEFORCE GTX 1060 3Gb.
