How to fix my keyboard on hp laptop

2 years ago some keys on my laptop keyboard, randomly stopped working. I don't know why but I tried everything to fix it from trouble shooting, updating/uninstalling keyboard drivers, restarting, smashing the key in case it was just stuck, changing keyboard settings, everything I've possibly found on the internet. After those 2 years, I stopped using the laptop bht recently I turned it on and to my surprise all the keys were working perfectly fine, idk how but it was. Then I left the laptop on sleep and the next day, the backspace and " key stopped working. I tried everything again and nothing
