Cannot log in into new device using work or school account

Hi team,Searching answers for this question for a while but no luck. I am unable to log in with work or school account while enrolling new laptop for the company. It has to be Microsoft Entra Joined (AD joined). But the start up screen keeps asking for personal email. I even logged with personal email and tried to add my work account later on in Account setting but there was also no way to switch user to choose the work account.So please if anyone has any solutions for this issue in Sep 2024, please let me know how to deal with it. Really appreciate your time.Regards,Peter.
