How can I activate Windows 11 on my new laptop when it’s showing error code 0xC004F213, despite having a valid license linked to my Microsoft account?

Hi Microsoft Support,I’m experiencing issues with activating my Windows 11 on a new laptop. Here’s the situation:I purchased Windows 10/11 Pro on March 27, 2022 (Order number: 4955190956), as shown in the attached invoice.The activation was successful on my previous device, and the product key was linked to my Microsoft account.Recently, I installed Windows 11 on a new laptop. Upon logging in with my Microsoft credentials, Windows was not activated.I attempted to troubleshoot the issue, but I received error code 0xC004F213 (stating that no product key was found).When I
