Folders missing from e/ drive. Claim to be unavailable. Microsoft support did a system restore and it didn't work. What do I do now?

I just noticed that multiple folders on my E: drive are missing. It seems the remaining storage of this drive has increased as well. Its an internal hard drive, not a usb or anythingWhen I try to open the folder from my favourites (right clicking the files on my taskbar) I received this error:"E:\art is unavailable. If the location is on this PC, make sure the device or drive is connected or the disc is inserted, and then try again. If the location is on a network, make sure you're connected to the network or Internet, and then try again. If the location still can't be found, it might have bee
