Windows 11 Start Menu Slow to Start Due to Web Elements

So I have a pretty powerful Windows 11 system, but in the past two weeks I've noticed that the windows search menu lags like crazy when I try to open it. Specifically, when I click into the search area, it pops up with a line at the top indicating loading and either the window is pure white or gray with a code listed in the bottom right. (i.e. 2024.09.18.49726085.CA.en-US)(I would attach a screenshot, but the forum will not let me for some reason.)If left long enough (5-10 seconds) it will load up the search menu.If my computer is connected to the internet it is a 1 in 3 chance whether the sea
