Slow responding in a windows 10 specific file

HelloI have a file in 'E' drive which is almost 80GB and contains about 70000 files(file>propertirs>general>contains: 74000)When I open 'E' drive everything is working fine.But when I open this file , it got slow and slow and slower and even if I close the file it'll remain as slow as it was and even get slower and made me to keep the power button for a few seconds until laptop turns off.What shlod I do?
