Why is the IP address for my PC showing differently in attached devices

I believe I was the victim of a network hack. I switched to a different router, which I thought had fixed the problem, but when I look at attached devices the IP address has this new, long string of characters listed behind it. Is anyone able to explain this to me? edit: I inserted the image but the IP is 198.168.0.16 and the new string of characters is 2601:18b:300:ca0:c016:d0af:1719:8f66
