Hi, I try to add language of Chinese (Traditional, Hong Kong SAR) in windows 11, but it never finishes downloading despite I tried to update the latest version of windows 11 and restarted.I already set Hong Kong SAR under Country/Region.I also tried to follow a reply from microsoft community to enter Window Powershell as administrator and type Add-WindowsLanguage -Language zh-HK.But I am not sure whether my command is correct or not.PS C:\Windows\system32> Add-WindowsLanguage -Language zh-HK Add-WindowsLanguage : The term 'Add-WindowsLanguage' is not recognized as the name of a cmdlet, func
