How to get rid of Windows Installation?

I recently built myself a PC and installed Windows 11 Home on a PCIE gen 4 SSD, but then got a PCIE gen 5 SSD in the mail that I installed along with another lower gen ssd into the PC. I then installed windows 11 Home on the new SSD as a fresh install, and then just formatted the drives using Windows on the new Windows install to delete the contents of the old drives. I also went into Windows Disk Manager to create volumes on them to be sure they were fresh; however, when I reboot my PC, it prompts me to choose my Windows install on a blue screen, the new install on Disk 0 Volume 1, or on Disk
