I have an HP Envy 14 laptop, and one day, the audio randomly stopped working, showing "no output devices found." I didn’t pay much attention at the time since I rarely used the speakers. A couple of weeks later, I decided to try fixing the issue. I tried reinstalling the Realtek audio drivers, but it didn’t help. In Device Manager, instead of seeing Realtek audio, I see "Intel High Definition DSP" with a yellow warning icon. I’ve already reset my PC and had the speakers physically checked to ensure there’s no damage. I came across information about updating the Intel High Definition DSP using
