Windows 10 File explorer not recognizing my third hard drive.

Since the latest patch, part of the problem(?), my computer is unable to see my third hard drive. The first time it happened I checked the cables and disconnected them and reconnected them. On load Windows again recognized the F:\ drive. Great problem solved, sorry nope. It just happened again. I powered off, gave it ten seconds and powered on. In Windows I checked File Explorer and still no F:\ drive. Rebooted and check the BIOS and my SDD, one terabyte and five hundred drive, F:\ drive, were listed. Load Windows, checked File Explorer and no F:\ drive. Checked Disk Manger and F:\ drive is re
