Password isn't working and laptop doesn't have the PIN app installed

I was trying to fix an issue on my League of Legends game, and so one of the steps I was doing was to (through my Administrator Tools) to Disable all of the other apps and use each of them separately to see what was causing the issue. Then when I set all of them as Disabled, I went restarted it again to go back in. But after I did that, when it needed me to sign in again, now it's saying something broke my PIN.So now my username is there, but it keeps saying "Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again."Is there a way to reboot the whole system after somethi
