My Pc is stuck at 54% i did a full reset and it's taking a while. Then a blue screen appears and the sentences seems to be italian, stating that my pc

Reimpostazione del pc means "Resetting Pc" this situation has been occuring since 2022, Everytime i reset, it always stucks at 54% and appears a blue screen, and showing that failed to reset pc. thanks
