Need help restoring PC - possible virus attack and/or serious corrupted data in ssd

Hi guys, Here's what happened as in a timeline so you get an idea. I could still feel that my laptop is not running well. Background:My laptop specs are 16gbram, 3050, ssdI have bitdefenderAll win11 updates are installedTimeline:1. My laptop Asus ROG Zephyrus 14 crashed all of a sudden and booted to BIOS. I try save and quit but it keeps booting to BIOS. That's when I noticed, BIOS is not detecting SSD (Storage: No storage device present). I turned off and turned on again. It went to disk repair screen (Fixing :C Stage 2 etcetc).2. Laptop booted after that. But as if its a clean install. Locks
