Disabling shadow copies before defragmentation

Disable shadow copies: I use a french version of Windows 10, How do I locate the shadow copies service / how is this service called in french ? I must disable it before defragmenting with O&O Defrag. Does it start again automatically after reboot ? Or do I have to re-enable it on the services-page ?
